The Snowareg was created by the good folks over at Volkswagen Sweden. The Swedes took a normal Touareg, VW’s SUV, and replaced each wheel with tank tracks. The result is an SUV that can plow through even the deepest snow banks. The wheels were the only thing Volkswagen Sweden modified on the Touareg. The Volkswagen Snowareg is still powered by its stock 4.2-liter V8 TDI engine with 340 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque.
